X Xtraer

How to download Twitter videos on iPhone

On iPhone you don’t need to install any app: with Safari and Xtraer you save the tweet’s video to your Photos in seconds.

Step by step on iPhone (iOS)

1. In the X app, tap the share icon on the tweet and choose “Copy link”. 2. Go back to Safari, paste the link above and tap Download. 3. Pick the quality: the MP4 opens or downloads. 4. Tap Safari’s downloads icon (the little arrow), then “Save to Photos”.

Not saving to Photos?

If the video opens in a tab, press and hold on it and choose “Save to Photos”, or open the file from the Files app and share it to Photos. On iOS 13 or later it works straight from Safari.
